You agree not to misuse the platform or generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

Paid plans provide AI credits. Credits reset monthly and are valid only during an active subscription.

4. Content Ownership

You own the content you generate. Wiraal may use anonymized data to improve AI models.

5. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wiraal is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
